Our wonderful long time client is looking for a handy, resourceful, smart and kind Handyman Project Manager! You will assist at their multiple properties: residential homes, an apartment building and warehouse through the LA area.

You’ll be in charge of: repairs and maintenance across all of their properties. This can include paint, touchups, changing HVAC filters, and lightbulbs, fixing light plumbing and electrical. Hanging pictures, fixing wall damage, etc. Basically anything that could pop up!

In addition, there will be hauling of materials and equipment, helping at the warehouse with stacking and organizing, and working with third-party trades to get excessive skilled work done. As well as dealing with problems that may pop up from tenants at the apartment building  etc. 

We are looking for a fluent in English and Spanish speaker who is great with tools, an excellent problem solver and has wonderful references. Muse have a clear background check, a reliable truck (ideally, or large SUV,) and a can do attitude! Must be comfortable texting, emailing and have calls come in for requests throughout the day while managing your work.

The schedule will be about Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm. This role is offering $75,000 a year plus medical insurance and and a discretionary end of year bonus.
