Head of Household Services

Our wonderful client is looking for an experienced Head of Household Services to assist with the daily operations of their amazing BH Estate. Duties are overseeing service, occasional housekeeping and assisting the House Mgr. with daily/weekly AV + equipment checks. This role is all about service and hospitality to the philanthropic kind wonderful Principals and their guests. To be successful in the role — candidates must know all aspects of service (formal and informal, F & B service, guest reception) and be able to maintain silverware, glassware, tableware, china and linens. We are looking for a team player who will gladly liaise with household staff (chefs, HK’s, gardeners and others). Other duties are managing and maintaining household inventory — and working on events from stem-to-stern. We are looking for candidates who have high-end service experience — also, wine and cocktail knowledge/skills are a plus!! Also hoping to find someone with an excellent eye for detail and knowledge of housekeeping and laundry who is tech savvy (basically knowledge of AV equipment, Apple TV + Crestron) and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday as needed. Must be fully vaccinated and able to pass a rigorous background report.
