Head of Maintenance

Head of Maintenance needed in BH & SD for gorgeous and well staffed Estates.  You will be responsible for managing housemen, landscapers and vendors, and will set up a preventative maintenance schedule for multiple residences.  You should be handy and should understand that flexibility is required as you will be looking after two properties in BH and one in San Diego.  Salary is DOE.
