Helping a sweet UWS family find a nanny for their newborn

We have a great family on the UWS that is looking for a nanny for their newborn, who will be born mid-May. There is also a 4 and 8 year old in the home, so you must be comfortable caring for all 3 at times. Their current nanny is with them until mid-March, so you will overlap with her and then be on your own with the 4 and 8 year old, until the baby is born. Mom works from home, so there is always a parent in the home. They are looking for a true team player! If mom wants to be with the baby, then you will pick the other 2 up from school, or vice versa! You should know all stages of development for babies and toddlers, how to make baby food, sanitize toys and bottles, children’s laundry, etc. Mom knows what she likes, so being able to follow direction is really important. This is primarily a Monday-Friday role, 8am-6pm. The family travels often and does not take a nanny with them. They will give you a lot of advance notice so you can also plan your vacations around their travel. 5 legal sick days will also be given. Rate is $35-$40, DOE.
