Helping a wonderful San Diego single mom find a top notch rota nanny for her almost 2 year old twins

We are helping an incredibly nice and kind single mom find a rota nanny to add to her team to care for her adorable twins. The twins are almost 2, so please be very in the know with developmental milestones, age appropriate activities and be familiar with where to take children in the area. Mom works a lot, so being a full charge nanny is a must for this role. Please be passport ready, as there is some travel. You should have experience with multiples in this age group, and please have excellent references we can speak with. Play, manners, instilling confidence and independence is very important for mom. She is really looking for a nanny who has great ideas for her babies and valuable input. On your switch day, you will email a weekly update to your nanny partner, as well as in person chat on anything important to know.
