Holiday PA Needed

Lovely and particular Lady in Santa Monica is looking for a temporary Personal Assistant to start immediately and work through some point (still TBD) in January. There’s a chance this position could become permanent. The role is primarily gifting, errands, shopping, driving — and being a second set of hands to a very busy lady. You will help with parties, grab coffee — all the normal Assistant work. The job works 40 hours per week with the flexibility to work over the weekend and be flexible as needed. You will likely have Christmas day off — but otherwise, EXPECT TO WORK AND BE BUSY throughout the holidays. This is NOT a position for someone who is planning to go OOT for the holiday or has big New Year’s Eve plans! Be prepared to devote yourself to the job for the time being. Our client is looking for a POISED Assistant who is super available, but knows how to be somewhat invisible — someone super service oriented who is happy to follow the boss’ lead (versus being the type who thinks three steps ahead and likes to be in charge). The job pays hourly on the books, it’s in the $25/hour range. No benefits as it’s temp. Please reach out asap if you are interested.
