Home Manager Personal Assistant for Santa Monica creative couple

We are looking for a smart, resourceful and experienced Home Manager Personal Assistant to support this Producer and her husband with all of her personal, family and home needs. You will typically work Monday-Friday, from about 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (whatever you prefer.) Three days at their home in Santa Monica and two days remote (they like MWF in person.)
You’ll be in charge of all vendor management, construction projects, travel arrangement, event planning and more. Please have some EA experience, strong tech skills and expertise in all Apple products, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
We are looking for a PA with 3-5 plus years of experience supporting a very busy person!
Salary is 80-100k, DOE plus health insurance and paid vacation, holidays and sick days. You will be supporting the nicest person who has a great track record of being an awesome boss!!
