House and Personal Manager needed for Busy Mogul
We are looking for a great manager to run this busy home! A personal assistant who has been doing a hybrid role with house management experience (at 5+ years) is ideal as you will asked to do PA work as well. You will be managing the staff’s schedules, anticipating the needs of your boss and working to maintain a resort level home.You should be extremely patient, an expert problem solver, comfortable in high pressure situations, love making back up plans and have a thick skin. You MUST have 100% FLEXIBILITY in your schedule. Some days will longer than others and you have to be able to work around your boss’ needs. Please LOVE animals (dogs and cats) and be happy to take the dogs for a walk when needed. Most of your work will be managing the properties but you will also be working with the PA and office admins to accomplish whatever is necessary to make your boss happy. This could be mean booking a last minute flight, planning a last minute dinner party or sourcing an unpublished manuscript.
Please have experience managing large scale renovations, coordinating art collections, communicating with a big team, sourcing the best vendors in the city and event planning. Your communication skills must be excellent and we would like for you to have a college degree. Must be tech savvy and interested keeping up with latest and greatest.

Schedule is mostly Monday-Friday but you must be available to check emails/texts once you leave the property and be able to be physically present on some weekends.
Salary is 100k and full health benefits.
