House Manager for very busy family in Beverly Hills

WE are in need of a hybrid personal assistant/ house manager that can wear a few hats whenever necessary. You would be responsible for hiring, setting a schedule, handling the house and family schedule, booking travel and every other little detail that you can imagine to keep this busy house of 5 running smoothly. The home is 9000 sq ft, so it is important that you have had experience running a home of this size. You will manage a family calendar as well as a personal calendar calendar (google calendar preferable), handle correspondence, keep up with insurance and billing, file and manage household bills and invoices, run errands and be extremely well organized. You will be responsible for supervising the household staff including the child care, housekeepers, and outside vendors (construction, landscaping, etc). You will be responsible for finding staff – as well as making a manual for the house which would include all the various vendors, passwords, security system, etc. The hours will typically be 9-6 Monday – Friday with some flexibility. You must have 5 years of verifiable experience working in a home.

Strong communication tasks
Strong Mac / apple proficiency
Proficient in MS office.
Discreet. Excellent References
Good driving record
Legal to work in US and travel abroad
