House Manager needed in Charlotte

We are looking for a trustworthy, loyal and discreet house manager for a client in Charlotte. The client is in process of building their dream home, and need someone who has experience with large/high end renovations.

Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years full time recent experience working as a House Manager. You should be able to manage a staff of 5+ employees, be able to put together House Manuals, filing systems and has a working knowledge of physical house systems including smart home systems.

You will be responsible for vetting vendors, planning travel (commercial & private), managing family calendar (4 people) , and be a true team player!

We are looking for someone who has no ego, and will run the vacuum before an event if needed!

There has never been anyone in this role- the Mrs is looking for someone she can hand the reins over to, and who can take their home and their lives to the next level!
