House Manager needed in NYC

We are looking for the most professional and polished Estate Manager or Hotel Manager to oversee gorgeous properties in Manhattan and the Hamptons

This is a very High Profile sophisticated client who is based on the West Coast, but treats NYC as their second home.

You will be responsible for all “typical” EM duties, included but not limited to:

-Manage staff of up to 35 at 6 different property locations

-Be able to visit the Estate in the Hamptons

-Source and negotiate contracts with various vendors

-Keeping household manuals up to date

-Managing events ranging from small dinner parties to large events

There is a Director of properties based on the West Coast who you will be working in tandem with on a daily basis.

Must have a minimum of 10 years recent, full time experience working in private High Net Worth homes.

College degree is required. Additional certifications in service would be a bonus.

Local candidates would be ideal. Must have knowledge of smart home technology, have hired/fired and trained a staff and be able to roll up your sleeves to keep the home running like a 5 star hotel.
