House Manager or Estate couple who likes to Cook in Upstate NY

We are looking for a wonderful estate manager or house manager that is also a chef. The family only spends 3 weeks of the year at this gorgeous estate. The family has a wonderful housekeeping staff, and a wonderful groundskeeping staff. The house is complicated, especially because the family is not there, we need an honorable true self starter. Someone that will really make sure the home is in tip top shape. It would be wonderful if you can make a wonderful meal, and serve the family when they are there. You will need to be hands on… no job is too big or too small. Everyone pitches in! The accommodations are lovely and Bedford is a wonderful place to live! Salary completely DOE
