House Manager Personal Assistant needed for lovely SF couple

A darling SF couple in Bernal Heights is looking for a full time Executive Personal Assistant/House Manager. This is a very straightforward PA/HM role BUT we need someone who feels comfortable handling finances. You will be doing anything from bill paying to transferring large sums of money from various accounts.

We are looking for a loyal, trustworthy, career Assistant who can act as a gate keeper to this lovely couple.

The couple is getting married in a few months, and they need someone who can assist with last minute wedding details, help plan extravagant birthday parties, research long term rentals abroad but also assist with the more mundane day to day tasks such as picking up dry cleaning, manage Amazon deliveries and returns, oversee a part time housekeeper and anything else to keep this household and their two busy lives running smoothly!

This couple has never had a full time House Manager, so it is an incredible opportunity to build a dream job! The couple would love to find someone who can stay for years and grow as their family grows!

There is some days that you can work from home, but there is a home office that will be your day to day base.
