Professional Skills
◦ Experienced housekeeper with knowledge on delicate surfaces/finishes, fine art, antiques, furnishings and detail materials to care for art
◦ Know the right question to ask if they don’t know
◦ General housekeeping and deep cleaning, including meticulous quality cleaning, polishing, experience
◦ Assisting with laundry, hand washing and ironing/pressing of clothing, linens and any special care of fine garments
◦ Proactive in reading clothing label, managing and coordinating the dry cleaning if needed
◦ Organization of closets, pantries, drawers and wardrobes
◦ Work with organization systems and follow instructions on maintaining organization
◦ Conduct inventory on home supplies and communicate what is currently available, needed or recommendations for better products
◦ Comfortable with dogs, when needed will be required to clean dog poop from balconies
◦ May need to put dog in crate and be mindful of anything left out that dog may take
◦ Dog sheds a lot; minimal ad hoc tasks associated with pet (ie. keeping food out)
◦ Potentially some light cooking, likely just need to follow recipe
◦ Bring in trash bins and place in shed
◦ Water plants throughout home
◦ Communicate when appliances need maintenance, like changing water filters in kitchen
◦ Experience cleaning sauna, usually once per week
◦ Clean out hair from brushes/blow-dryer and clean makeup brushes at least every 2 weeks; & other routine cleaning and preferences
◦ Ideal Days: come on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday (potentially additional if needed)
◦ The client prefers to text this person and have them track what they’ve accomplished in a particular day
◦ Having cleaning schedules for the week would help the Client understand what is supposed to be
◦ Potentially someone to check on the house if the Client is away for a weekend
◦ Lightly oversee workmen when the Client isn’t home
