INCREDIBLE Jane of all Trades Opportunity in Sherman Oaks

We have a VERY special client in Sherman Oaks who is looking for a full-time helper.– a single Lady in her mid-70’s dealing with a significant illness. She’s able to take care of herself and doesn’t need a tremendous amount of hands-on help, but her devoted son wants to ensure she has someone with her full-time. This is a M-F position that is part caregiver, part companion, part light housekeeper. We are looking for someone who has been working in private homes and has a no job too big, no job too small attitude. There is a part-time housekeeper, but there will be day-to-day tidying to do, along with light cooking, errands, driving, companionship & doggie care. (There are two ADORABLE small energetic doggies under foot who need walks and love!) Some days she feels really good and other days, she doesn’t. She just recovered from a wicked bout of pneumonia. Often it’s about making sure she has her tea, toast and a book. We also want to be sure she never falls down. She is weak — it’s really about having a caring set of eyes on her. She is the OPPOSITE of high maintenance — she’s low-key, happy, upbeat. There will be downtime during the day. We are looking for a devoted caring individual who can be flexible with her schedule, as needed, though this is primarily a 9am to 5pm type job that works M-F. Please reach out if interested.
