Italian Chef Wanted for High Profile Client in the Hollywood Hills

Our wonderful client would like to find a Chef who is from Italy and can cook beautiful Italian food (lots of pastas!!) and also classic American food, such as steak and burgers. Ideally, Chef will even be talented at the BBQ! We are looking to identify a fully vaccinated candidate who attended culinary school (preferably in Italy) and has both restaurant and private home experience. This is important! Our client is a very high profile couple. Their last Chef was with them for 25 years and recently moved out of state. They travel and have a home in NY. It would be wonderful if the new Chef hire will be willing to do some travel, but for the right person — not traveling will not be a deal-breaker. This is mostly a dinner job — some lunches would also be great. They eat out a great deal but will retain the Chef as a full-time employee with excellent hourly pay + benefits.
