We are looking for a top-notch career Assistant to work with a fabulous celebrity client. This is a job requiring discretion and flexibility though this employer is not known to be high maintenance. The job is primarily scheduling, coordinating, organizing, liaising & etc … It is NOT necessarily being on-set and will not lead to a producing career. There is a chance for travel. This is a career Assistant role for a PA with a high EQ who is super on-the-ball and flexible. Compensation is DOE. The last Assistant was employed for 12 years. This is a FABULOUS employer. Applicants MUST have high profile assistant experience. The ideal candidate has agency or management company experience and has worked long-term (i.e. min. 3-5 years) with at least two A-List celebrities.
