Junior House Manager Personal and Family Assistant Needed for High Profile Couple in BH: We are looking for a second assistant/family assistant for a fabulous client (a very high profile couple with one child) in Beverly Hills. This position works out of a home, in a production office and on the road! We are looking for a Jack/Jane-of-all-trades who is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the two main assistants, the family, the Chef & the household staff. Think of it as a junior house manager/family assistant position, perfect for a highly organized & educated Nanny who has experience in a private home as well as in an office, ideally. Candidates must be super detail-oriented and tech (spreadsheet!) savvy with excellent verbal & written communication skills and a “no-job-too-big-no-job-too-small” attitude. This is a role for a happy, upbeat, energetic and super organized/service-oriented team player who thrives in a support role doing errands, buying gifts, creating spreadsheets, doing house walk-throughs, calling vendors, booking travel & then some.
