Lead Nanny Needed for Generous SF Family

We are looking for a professional nanny who can act as a partner with a SF tech family. The parents are both extremely busy with their professions and need a nanny who can act as an extension of them. This family truly values their employees, and treats the nanny like a part of the family. The family has vacation homes in the US, and loves to travel, so you should have experience traveling with families, as well as experience traveling on private jets and packing for different climate destinations.

Structure and manners are very important to this family, so you should feel comfortable keeping the kids on a schedule, as well as following parenting style when disciplining the children if necessary.

Nanny should have a minimum of 7 years full time experience working as a full charge, full time nanny in busy homes. College degree is also required. Spanish speaking would be a bonus, but is not required. This is a full staffed home, so you should get along well with others, and understand the dynamics of working in a team.

Schedule is M-F, with some flexibility to work on weekends when traveling. You should be flexible to travel with 2-3 days notice.
