Live-In Nanny Needed Two Weekends Per Month for Single Dad in Westwood

We are helping a single dad find a warm, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny for his two little girls, ages 3 and 6.

The primary commitment is every other weekend, from Friday at approximately 4:00 PM through Monday morning, with live-in coverage required. The family anticipates approximately 10 overnight stays per month, along with four additional dinners or evening shifts. Occasional weekday fill-in coverage would also be appreciated.

Dad is looking for someone who can be a wonderful caregiver to the girls while also helping keep the household running smoothly. Responsibilities include meal prep and cooking, driving the girls to activities, household organization, keeping the house stocked, and generally staying one step ahead of the family’s needs.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing the needs of two young children over an extended weekend. Proven experience with preschool and early-elementary-aged children, excellent references, a clean background, a valid driver’s license, and a strong driving record are required.

Custody arrangements are still being finalized, so the schedule may evolve over time. The immediate priority is consistent every-other-weekend coverage, with additional evening and occasional weekday needs. The family hopes the position may grow as custody arrangements change, so flexibility and an interest in a longer-term commitment are important.
