Live in or live out Nanny for twins for high profile family!

We are looking for a top notch nanny to live in with their new born twins who will be three months old! This position requires a discreet professional with impeccable references. If you are unable to live in, can you do 2-3 overnights a week. Are you flexible to travel? For the right person hours are flexible. Could be four days on, four days off. Must have long references, twin experience and high profile families on your resume.
