Live in or live out nanny very flexible in Bel Air

This mom needs a lot of flexible help! Her 2 1/2 year old has a nanny, but the baby needs a nanny in to the evening – could be until 9:30 at night. The parents work full time so they need a lot of help. If you are willing to do some cleaning and some errands that would be a plus! 20 an hour
