Live In, Week on Week Off Nanny Needed in SOMA,

We are looking for an amazing, loving and nurturing nanny for a young couple with a toddler. This position is one week on, one week off, live in. This is a great schedule for someone who likes to work a lot and then have an equal amount of time off.

The parents are very involved in their child’s day to day activities, but are both busy with careers and philanthropy and have last minute meetings and events come up. Flexibility is key- the week you are “on” plan on working 12 hour days, although the reality is that you will have a lot of time off. You should have a valid US passport as the family does travel.

Ideal nanny candidate will have at least one long term reference as a nanny for a toddler with a minimum of 3 years full time experience working as a childcare provider (nanny, babysitter, teacher’s aide, etc.) Their child is very active, so we are looking for someone who can keep up with an energetic and adorable 2 year old! The family has plans to expand, so you should also love and feel comfortable working with babies. College degree is not required. Must speak perfect English.

Other things that are important to the family are organization, cleanliness and willingness to do occasional family assistant duties.

This is the NICEST family who is looking for someone to love their child and become a part of their family. They are very generous and often give fun perks like paying for a mani, letting you off early, etc.

Salary DOE, $50,000 +.
