Looking for a top notch long term nanny that can help a pregnant mother with her 3 and 4 year old kids

We are looking for a top notch nanny that can help a pregnant mom in Santa Monica with her 2 kids. She would love someone to start in January. They are looking for as much time as you can give! But likely hours are 11-8pm M-F and they can do 5 days. You need to be confident and able to set boundaries with the kids while being respectful. Their son loves building forts, loves soccer, loves dressing up, swimming !! he can be challenging, so it woudl be great if you had experience with that! It is also important that you know how to be strong with a willful young boy!! The 3 year old little girl is in to whatever her brother does! She loves taking her dolls on a walk and they both love the park! We want someone that is active and engaging. The family would love someone that truly understands limits. They have a full time housekeeper! Mom cooks so would just need to help on occasion. You can live in or live out – what ever makes it easy for you!! family spends the summer on the East Coast.
