Looking for a part time top notch personal assistant house mananger in Newport Coast

*Must be within 20 minutes driving of Newport Coast to be considered for the role*

We are looking for a seasoned assistant that can flex as a house manager, part-time only. This job is very unique! This is the first time this entrepreneurial couple has hired an assistant, so there will be learning and teaching on both ends. This couple is looking for a total go-getter, someone who is high energy and can’t wait to seize the day. You should be very quick, able to make decisions on your own and think like your principal. This role offers unlimited growth, as they have their own companies. This role offers in person and remote flexibility. In person when you are needed at the home, and remote work when you are not needed on-site. They just want the perfect person for their lives!

The hours are roughly 7am-12pm, Mon-Fri or Mon-Sat.

Priorities:

1st priority – Morning EA duties before 8am. Go through all of Mr’s emails, flag them, respond when appropriate, update his calendar and schedule and have everything to him virtually by 8am.

2nd priority – All house manager duties. Walk through’s of the property, scheduling vendors, supervising vendors, setting up for events, returns, errands, grocery store runs as needed, etc.

3rd priority – Social and travel calendar. They are a very social couple. They like to know about the newest restaurant openings, gallery openings, events, concerts etc. They host and entertain often, so you will also assist with planning and executing the events. All travel bookings fall under this umbrella, boat charters, gift giving etc.
