Looking for an amazing House Manager/PA

We are helping a very cool family find an assistant house manager to manage 2 apartments in NYC, along with all personal tasks. The ideal candidate is college educated, well-rounded, speaks Spanish (huge bonus but not a deal breaker!), has long-term references and has been a PA HM for 5-7 years, quick thinker, efficient and super organized! You will be dealing with vendors, housekeepers, running errands, keeping up with car and boat maintenance, corresponding with the family office, grocery shopping, wardrobe management, among other things!! Typical hours are M-F, with some flexibility for domestic travel and weekends if something comes up! This position is offering a very competitive salary, 401k and health benefits.
