Looking for an incredible chef who understands dietary restrictions for West Village family

We are helping a lovely family of 4 find an excellent chef who understands dietary restrictions and household dynamics. This family is also looking for a well versed chef. They love japanese, thai, all types of asian cuisine…they are looking for a chef with a worldly menu palette. The clients are gluten free and sugar free, so working within these parameters is very important. There are 2 young children in the home, as well as 4 staff members that you will cook for. This family is looking for a chef that is a team player, kid friendly, drama free, leaves the ego at the door type of person. You should be able to travel to LA for a month at a time, 3 months out of the year, as well as any other trips they go on. The schedule is made 1 year in advance, so you will have plenty of time to prepare! The schedule during the summer is M-F, with some flexibility and Tuesday-Saturday the rest of the year. Lunch, dinner and snacks is what the family would like prepared. Full meical benefits are offered for you (dependents at an extra charge), a 401k is coming in the future, 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days and max 150k salary DOE.
