Looking for the best mother’s helper in San Diego County!

We are helping a wonderful, stay at home mom in Vista, CA care for her 4 girls (10, 7, 4 and 9 months old) – it is a very fun and busy home!! Dad is in the military and will be in and out, depending on his deployment. The hours will typically be M-F, 7am-3pm. When dad is in town, they would like some schedule flexibility for a date night. Days will usually look like: school drop off, come back and help mom with laundry and tidying up, preschool pick up, prepare yummy dinner for the girls, help with the baby and toddler, school pick up. Mom loves for the girls to play play play and have great days, but teaching them how to be responsible is super important..they must clean up after themselves and finish homework first! We are really looking for a true team player – helping tidy up bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, cook for the kids and tag team with mom for childcare duties!
