Looking for the best team player housekeeper on the UWS

We are helping a big, blended family find a wonderful housekeeper for their large brownstone. There are 6 kids in the home (5 of them are in the home every other week) and there is a 6 month old baby who is there every day. The home has 7 floors and an elevator, on the Upper West Side. The perfect housekeeper will be a self starter, knows how to stay organized and make a cleaning schedule and understands that the Mr works from home so you should know when to be quiet and not clean around him. There might be times that the nanny needs a break, so they will ask you to hold the baby..please be okay with this! When all the kids are in the home, mom might ask you to make a simple meal (baked chicken, pasta, soups etc). You should speak English well so the Mr can communicate if he needs something, be very organized (they love to open cabinets and see everything nicely organized), be a team player and know how to stay focused and get your zones cleaned!
