Looking for Tribeca’s best nanny for an adorable 3 month old

We have a young family of 3 that is looking for an amazing nanny for their 3 month old. The parents are looking for a true partner in raising their daughter. While mom might have some ideas of what she would like her daughter to do etc, they are also interested in your guidance and your opinions on all things baby. Knowing all developmental stages, how to make and introduce solids, sleep schedules, appropriate play based learning, etc is all very important to this family. You will be in charge of all things baby – diapering, feeding, bathing, schedules, sanitizing of toys, laundry, etc.
They would love it if you could travel to the Hamptons with them for 2 weeks in July and 2 weeks in August. The schedule would be Mon-Thurs while you are out there. They would also love it if you could travel with them a few times per year on vacation, but not a deal breaker! Mom works from home, so understanding home dynamics is very important…being able to read a room is important. They are also looking for a team player – a true, pitch in attitude. If the dishwasher is full, you want to be helpful and unload them. If the trash is full and you are taking out baby diapers, you also grab the regular trash. There is a housekeeper, so you will not be asked to do any real cleaning or family laundry. This is a truly lovely family that is looking for the best nanny!!
