Specialized Chef Needed in Palisades: A dear client of ours is looking to hire a full-time Chef to cook three meals a day, 7 days a week (can be a mix of cooking in the home & dropping off) for an individual who must adhere to a VERY specific renal diet. The ideal candidate is a Chef who has previous experience liaising with nutritionists or medical personnel or better yet, has a nutritionist background him/herself and has familiarity with the renal diet.
