Terrific couple in Tarzana would like to hire a Chef twice a week — ideally Monday & Thursday or Monday & Friday. Chef markets and comes to the house, cooks/plates lunch and leaves food for the next few days. Husband is allergic to dairy, wife is allergic to fish and they keep kosher so generally speaking, the food is simple, clean & of course delicious! Typically proteins, unlimited vegetables, soups and salads — no pasta, bread or starch. They go out to eat once or twice a week, but Chef prepares the rest of the food for the week.
