Creative Dad who works by day and parents by night needs an incredibly organized and detail oriented Personal Assistant. The ideal person has about 3-5 years of experience recently working as a Personal/Executive Assistant. You will be based between two homes and in charge of construction projects, research, scheduling, sync’ing calendars, trouble shooting tech issues, finding gifts, researching family vacations, using Asana for project management, Google Suite for all admin needs and thinking of ways to make things run seamless.
We are looking for someone with a good track record, who really wants to be a Personal Assistant and would be excited to join this wonderful family. You will mostly be the Dad’s assistant, but there will be things that Mom needs as well. Both parents work in creative industries and have busy professions, they are also deeply dedicated to their family, and are passionate about instilling good values in their four children. The perfect PA for this position will have a high EQ, great judgment and is just as strong working independently as on a team.
It’s more about smart and someone great at their job then someone with 20 years of experience here. Knowing when you don’t have the answer and knowing who to pull in and ask. Someone who isn’t afraid to come up with solutions, think, see the forest and trees. Someone with high integrity who is discreet, loyal, trustworthy and highly ethical, a kind person who treats everyone with respect and dignity.
This is a Monday-Friday position, usually 10am-6pm based in West LA with some remote WFH times. In order to be considered you must be fully vaccinated for Covid, follow the CDC guidelines, have a clear background check, a reliable car to run errands in, be extremely tech savvy and excited to work for people that will be kind, and also challenge you to always be thinking and learning.
