Estate Manager needed between Las Vegas

We are looking for a proactive person that will travel between two homes – one in Las Vegas and one in SF The primary home You will be in charge of two homes -the one in SF is
the homes are smart homes Spends most of the time in Las Vegas prep the refrigerator, make siure the house is cleaned out when they leave, work w all vendors and vetting the vendors such as window cleaners, Find and build the black book and manual.Travel ahead and make sure the home is ready. Handle the cars, make sure they are detailed. Small event management at both homes. There could be some pa help as in making appointments for her. Primary home has a family of 3 with a new baby. They are not very formal – He is a solution person you will not be micromanaged.
