Westside Based Career Nanny needed for Toddler Girl and new baby sister

Two very busy parents have started a company in their home in Marina Del Rey. They need a superstar Career Nanny who can be very flexible. There is a one-year-old daughter who is super active, already walking and talking, and needs a lot of activity/stimulation during the day, as well as a strong routine. Baby sister will be born in March 2022. The family wants someone who is very clean and organized. Someone who also believes in eating organic and healthy. The nanny will take the little one on long walks to do some shopping for the family at the farmers markets and help with meal prep , potty training, and all things for the kids
Mom needs a self starter proactive nanny who does not need to be micromanaged who can take over. Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed. They have not decided on the hours yet but think they would like flexibility. Some days may be 10-4 and others may be 10 hour days. They will pay on the books with overtime. The parents will also give pto- sick days per CA law, two weeks paid vacation, paid holidays off and a stipend for health insurance. Vaccinated candidates only!
