We are looking for a person that wants to coordinate and run a busy design office in Santa Monica. This loyal family has had the same people for many years and they are looking to make a change to become paperless and bring their company up to the modes of 2016! They use adobe, and macs oriented, and are looking for you to be in charge and take the bull by the horns to organized them in a paperless program known in Microsoft Project and google docs. There projects are all high profile homes and you will be the front person for these accounts. You will be in charge of scheduling the labor force, making sure changes are documented and communicated, you will delegate the work, and make sure the tasks are followed through. You have wonderful communication skills, and will keep the “boss”, the architect and the clients up to speed on all the changes that are needed via quick and concise email. Each job has a series of insurance papers, change orders, and forms that need to be kept in a brilliant organizational way – that you provide!
