We are working with a fabulous family office to help procure a brilliant manager for their properties: You will be responsible for the day to day office and home needs with an emphasis on managing agreements, vendors, and making sure that the properties run smoothly. You will be working out of a corporate office in BH, but visit the properties 3 x a week or as needed.

Estate manager for 2 to 3 homes in Bel Air. Following you will find the responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee operations, maintenance schedules, administration, and improvement of all properties
Plan, schedule, and oversee major repairs, and remodeling or construction for propties.
Work w/ CFO to manage the annual budget and expenditures
Manage and oversee list of “go to” providers for all issues at home and office
Ensure smooth operations of all systems

Background requirements

The ideal candidate should have a BA?BS degree and must be a confident communicator with a high level of maturity and discretion. Candidate must have at least 7 years experience in facilities/building and home management
