Personal and Family Assistant needed for busy Beverly Hills family

Two busy working parents need an amazing assistant to help keep their lives organized! You will primarily be doing personal and family assistanting though there will be about 5-10 hours/week of babysitting. Grandma lives in with the family and does most of the childcare.

You will be in charge of all appointment setting, organizing, grocery shopping, travel booking, managing vendors and more. Please have at least 3 years of experience doing the same type of job!

The ideal candidate is college educated, has 3+ years of family/personal assistant experience, a babysitting background, has a black book of contacts in LA, is warm yet knows how to pin down their bosses to get answers and is comfortable working independently as these parents work and do not have time to micromanage!

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, $25-30/hour DOE. Plus health insurance plan, the family partially contributes.
