East Side Family Assistant for Brilliant Family

COOLEST and KINDEST entertainment family with three children (11, 14, 16) in Hancock Park is in need of a smart Family Assistant who is willing to wear many hats.  This job works the dream hours of M-F from 10am to 6pm, and is a mish-mosh of house management, nannying and personal/family assisting.  You will manage a complex family calendar, liaise with Dad’s office, make reservations for dinners & events, help plan travel, keep the house stocked, take the dogs to the vet (there are three so candidates should be pet friendly), drive the kiddos to various appointments, manage the vendors, do some event planning and basically be Mom’s right hand with respect to the kiddos, the house, her personal life and her work as a documentary filmmaker. This is a brilliant and kind family.  Their current family assistant has been with them for eight years and they are hoping for another long-term employee.  Pay TBD, no health benefits, amazing work environment!  Please reach out if you’re interested.  East side candidates are ideal, and applicants should be tech savvy, and super organized with minimum two to three years FT private home experience.
