Best Family Assistant position in the Palisades

Do you want to work for the nicest and most respectful family on the Westside? We are looking for a loyal, warm, kind and organized person to jump in as their family assistant. This is a new position. As the parent’s careers continue to be more demanding, they are in need of someone to come in and keep their personal/domestic life in order. They are so kind and have nannies in place to care for the children. You will work hand in hand with the nannies.

As the parents are working all day, you must be a self-starter and enjoy taking charge of your schedule. You should be an extremely organized, efficient person who thrives being able to think of their feet!

This is a family who is looking for loyalty (proven track record of staying in previous jobs for 3+ years) and they see this as a long-term, career position.

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm with some flexibility.

Must be a self-starter and willing to learn things if you do not know them! We would love someone that has nanny and personal assistant experience, is college educated, good project management skills, team player mentality and very tech savvy! You should be an expert organizer and be able to coordinate the family’s schedules. Please live in West LA.

$25-35/hour DOE, 20 days of vacation and most major paid holidays off
