WE have an another amazing position for a stylish entertainment couple. They are media moguls, so they want someone hip, and resourceful, and “of the world”!! Their calendar is extremely busy, their staff is very loyal, they want a very discreet, upbeat, independent, smart human to keep their lives together. You will be working out of their office in Culver City, and/or possibly out of their home office in West Hollywood. It is extremely important that you are a social media expert, as well as fashionable and smart. The ideal PA has a lot of flexibility in their schedule and commit to them when they are traveling – no matter where they are! They have offices in other parts of the country, so you will be liaising with their other assistants. You are exceptionally organized, love to think on your feet, plan complicated itineraries outgoing, competent, and on top of it! You are quick quick quick, organized, and a mac expert!
