Amazing couple with a gorgeous estate in BH is looking for an Estate Manager. This job works primarily from home (yours, not theirs!) as the Couple wants to maintain their privacy. Duties are managing schedules, meeting with vendors (on the property), running errands & more. Candidates must be adept at multi-tasking and have an incredible eye for detail. It’s also important that applicants LOVE animals as there are many. There will likely be travel to and from a second property in Santa Barbara. You won’t be managing that property per se, but there will be times when you will need to be on site to oversee a project. Our ideal candidate is super professional and LOVES to work! We are looking for super polished candidates who have worked in high profile homes — are motivated, honest to a tee and can make executive decisions. Estate Manager will manage a small household staff (pool, gardener, housekeeper) and deal with all the daily minutiae. While you primarily work from your own home — there will be daily walk throughs of the property. The Principals want to come home and have EVERYTHING (lightbulbs, batteries — cabinets stocked) in working order. The dream is to live in a five star hotel — but without all the staff hovering about.
