He enjoys simple American cuisine, well made, well plated and healthy and very tasty. Loves fresh soup daily, vegetable centric, and good proteins 2 days a week (unless there is a dinner party) You will be working Wednesday – Sunday primarily dinners. The house is fully staffed, so you will enjoy having help in the kitchen. There has been another chef there for over 15 years who will continue on with breakfast, lunch and business meetings.
