We are looking for TWO Assistants for a wonderful couple in West Hollywood. One Assistant will likely work out of the client’s office and will deal with a good amount of data entry. The ideal candidate has a law firm (or other corporate) background and is METICULOUS with information and knows how to expertly manipulate spread sheets. Candidates should be hyper organized and able to juggle many moving pieces. There’s travel booking, an in-box to comb through — lists upon lists of things to remind the Principals of, i.e. birthdays, vendors, meetings & more. The other Assistant will likely work out of the home in Weho and should be someone with his or her finger on the pulse of all that’s happening not only in LA but around the world! This position is ideal for a former concierge who knows all the top restaurants and hotels and can handle events and lifestyle on top of keeping on eye on all things happening within the homes. Both candidates (it’s possible that the duties could be handled by ONE candidate) should be self starters with thick skin who are mature (with many years work experience — these are not junior positions) and don’t take things personally! We want candidates who show up and are able to do their job(s) without heaps of oversight. This is a couple with a big life — lots of travel — an art collection — a wine cellar — events — professional work & etc … Compensation TBD.
