East-side, entrepreneurial LA family (film producer and real estate investment CEO) looking for a “jack-of-all-trades” personal assistant who can handle personal assistant work that overlaps with the tasks associated with running a real estate investment business and film production company. Tasks include scheduling, travel planning, home management, managing and working with accountants, real estate professionals, lawyers, and property maintenance issues and being a liaison for scheduling to the production company. The ability to manage up is essential.
Our home has three small kids, two older grandparents, two dogs and a bunny, so there will be tasks such as drop off and pick up for kids and grandparents and bunny maintenance =). Someone who wouldn’t mind traveling occasionally with the family would be preferred (New York, Colorado, Florida). Plenty of room to learn and grow in the real estate space, if that interests you. Must have prior assistant experience and references. Having worked with Microsoft Word, Excel and Filemaker, would be helpful.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 10a.m.- 6 p.m. Willingness to work some weekends and some travel vacations. $25 per hour or negotiable based on experience.
