We are looking for an amazing EA who loves to work in a creative space to help support the Founder of this amazing company! They sell to high end Department stores all over the world and also have an online retail portal. This position will be to support the day to day admin for the Founder as well as help manage the customer service portion of the company. You will get to learn from an amazing Woman who has been in business for decades and is a wonderful mentor. They also give back to the community which is inspiring and wonderful!
This is perfect for someone with 1-3+ years of experience as an assistant in the creative space who is educated, polished and has fantastic communication skills.
Salary is 50-65k, DOE plus benefits after 90 days and 2 weeks paid vacation. Major plus if you know Quickbooks, or are open to learning! Please be comfortable on PCs and tech savvy. We would love if you are able to travel as you might be going to trade shows about 2-3 times a year!
Usual office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Great office environment as you are conveniently located in Century City near the mall! This is a #dreamjob.
