We are looking for an uber organized and hip Executive Assistant to support this busy person. You will be in charge of the scheduling, travel, events and general logistics at the office. You will also assist in the personal/home department.
This is a great role for someone with about 3-5 years of experience supporting a creative, bohemian person: musician, actor, artist, etc. You should be able to keep your boss organized with a smile.
This client and his partner are fantastic. They are really into health & wellness, please have an interest as well. You should know how to pick out beautiful gifts, anticipate needs and able to think ahead for scheduling needs.
You will work out of the studio office in Santa Monica and occasionally go their home on the westside. Please have a reliable to run an occasional errand, though most of your work will be done at the office.
Please be proficient in Apple products, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and excellent with logistics. We would love someone very tech savvy who understands how to use Slack, and research programs and systems to make their office more efficient. You should have experience supporting high profile clients as this is position requires confidentially, and the ability to make things happen in a snap without appearing flustered.
This is a wonderful role with room to grow for the right person! Schedule is Monday-Friday, starting most days around 9am and ending about 5/6pm, please be flexible to support at evening events and extra hours when needed.
Salary will be 65-85k, DOE plus excellent benefits.
