We are looking for the most down to earth chef who has been trained extensively in BLOOD DIET cuisine, loves the challenge of cooking on a restrictive diet while still being creative and is comfortable accommodating various palates at a time! You are cooking for a family of 4 who truly appreciates and enjoys the whole experience of what farm to table is at its essence. They would love a chef who has personal relationships with purveyors of the freshest ingredients all around town and who understands how to put together a delicious meal while still working around dietary restrictions.
Please be very flexible with your schedule as this is an intensive Monday-Friday, 10am-7/8pm schedule. Lunch and dinner between their home & office. You could be traveling on location and must be able to do so at last minute notice. The perfect chefs for this position has attended a top culinary school, is up to date on all culinary trends, enjoys educating themselves on nutrition and truly is dedicated to creating an incredible experience for their employers. While you should have a casual energy, you understand how to keep boundaries and when to pivot on a very busy day.
