You should be a college graduate, tech savvy, fluent in all MAC products and be an expert with all of Microsoft Suite. Having knowledge of running social media accounts and using WordPress to update blog posts would be a huge plus. Please love dogs as there a few furry friends running around the home. Your new boss loves her animals so much and prefers them to stay home when she travels so she’s hoping you will stay over with the furry children!
The schedule will typically be Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm and some days you might work remotely while running errands so a strong work ethic is a must. The ideal person is calm, professional, and resourceful, takes initiative and is a team player with integrity. You will be doing everything from scheduling appointments to picking up dry cleaning to social correspondence to planning and coordinating events an managing her rental properties plus walking the dogs. Ideally, you can speak Spanish. The position is offering $35-37/hour, DOE plus a health insurance allowance.
