Part Time Assistant needed for the most down to earth family in Los Feliz

This is the BEST family!! Both parents are busy professionals in the creative field and need someone awesome to keep them organized. From scheduling appointments, to servicing the cars to arranging vendors and doing research for mom’s business, you will be a Jack of All Trades. It would be great if you are also willing to pick up their two adorable kiddos from school in a pinch, but just as a backup person.

The schedule will be about 20 hours a week, $25-30 hour on the books + mileage reimbursement.

We are looking for a real TECH SAVVY PA who loves keeping their boss organized so they can focus on their family & work. You are great at digitally organizing files, great with all Apple products, a wonderful writer, fantastic with research and a real DIGITAL NATIVE!
